Project Forum Guide

Project forums give creators a place to explain their concept, share development updates, invite discussion, and bring attention to approved film and media projects.

Forums are designed for project discussion, feedback, collaboration, and crowdfunding visibility. They are not used to publish, distribute, sell, stream, or monetise completed media content.

Core concept

What is a project forum?

A project forum is a discussion space attached to a specific STAGE ZERO Project. It helps creators explain the concept, answer questions, share development updates, invite feedback, and build attention around the project.

On STAGE ZERO, a Project means a film, television, or media concept or proposal posted by a creator to seek collaboration, team members, audience support, or crowdfunding for production-related costs.

A project forum is not a publishing page, streaming page, distribution page, content shop, or monetised media page. Creators may not use forums to publish, distribute, sell, license, stream, broadcast, monetise, or commercially exploit completed creator-owned or third-party media content.

Share updates

Post development milestones, production notes, and progress updates as the project evolves.

Invite feedback

Use comments, discussion, and polls to help users engage with the project concept.

Build visibility

Give interested users somewhere to learn more before deciding whether to follow, collaborate, or support a crowdfunding campaign.

Forum members can interact through likes, dislikes, threaded comments, polls, updates, links, and project-related discussion. Creators remain responsible for keeping forum content accurate, lawful, non-misleading, and relevant to the Project.
