• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• A description of where the infringing material is located (URL or project details).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with applicable laws, STAGE ZERO may suspend or terminate user accounts that are found to repeatedly infringe others’ copyrights.
