a. Break the Law

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Promote or engage in illegal activity, terrorism, or fraud

b. Harm Others or the Platform

• Harass, abuse, bully, defame, or threaten others
• Share private or sensitive information without consent (doxxing)
• Distribute malware, viruses, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts

c. Post or Share Harmful Content

• Upload or promote content that is:
• Hate speech, discriminatory, or incites violence
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative
• False, misleading, or deceptive (e.g., fake projects or credentials)
• Infringing on others’ intellectual property

d. Circumvent Platform Policies

• Solicit or conduct transactions outside the platform to avoid fees
• Create multiple accounts to game discovery algorithms or voting systems
• Impersonate others or falsely claim affiliation with a person or entity

3. Crowdfunding & Collaboration Rules

• Creators must describe projects truthfully and not mislead Backers or Collaborators
• Collaborators must deliver work honestly and uphold project agreements
• Backers must not harass or demand refunds where not promised

4. Enforcement & Consequences

Violation of this Policy may result in actions including:

• Content removal
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to relevant legal authorities

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action at our discretion.
