STAGE ZERO is a platform that enables creators to pitch creative projects, recruit collaborators, and raise community support or donations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

• Account Data: Name, email address, date of birth, password
• Profile Information: Bio, profile image, creative skills, project history
• Project Data: Project titles, descriptions, uploads, recruitment preferences
• Transaction Data: Donations, tips, Stripe payment info (we don’t store card data)
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, page views, referral links
• Product Events: A limited record of key product interactions — for example creating an account, completing onboarding, or taking a first action such as following someone or applying to a role. These are recorded first-party on our own servers to measure and improve onboarding and the product. They do not set a cookie, and we do not create a durable anonymous identifier to track visitors across sessions. If you turn off the telemetry preference in your account settings, these events are recorded without your account identifier.

Some of our providers may operate outside the UK. We ensure that any transfer of data is protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal safeguards.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for its intended purpose or legal obligations.

Product Events (see section 2) are kept for 120 days and then deleted automatically.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
